Breakfast Smoothie

This keeps you stay full for a long time.  It is a great meal replacement.  OR if you are craving a shake make this instead.  Waaaay less calories and it is delicious.  I took the picture after I drank most of it. 


1/2  large banana or a whole small banana
1 scoop protein powder (vanilla or chocolate)
1 Tbsp cocoa powder (good for magnesium and flavor)
1/2 cup Milk or unsweetened almond milk
1/2 Tbsp natural peanut butter or almond butter
1 handful of spinach
5 drops of almond extract
1/4 cup of oats

Blending blender.  Once it is all blended up and smooth add ice till you get the perfect consistency.  You can add cacao nibs at the end or half a graham cracker for added texture.
